If you follow that link to Duquesne's athletic site, you'll see that Dan Burt is listed as the new head coach. This is in opposition to McConnell-Serio's initial announcement that all of her assistants would be following her to Pitt.
Nothing official is out yet in terms of an announcement, but his official bio would seem to tell the story:

Burt is regarded as an excellent recruiter and has been on the WBB staff since 2007. He provides continuity and, hopefully, an avenue to maintain the incoming recruiting class.
