This will be an on going thread to help keep track of who is and is not interested in playing in the CBI or CIT. The Dukes are likely to finish anywhere between RPI 90-115 placing them right in the wheelhouse for either tournament. When you factor in some strong road wins and a difficult schedule, the Dukes should get an offer particularly if schools ahead of them decline. So far here is what I've found so far.
72 Illinois would decline
73 Northern Iowa waiting to see where they play but sound likely to accept
114 Virginia Tech would decline
116 Vilanova considering CBI
120 Richmond on CBI's list
126 UW - Milwaukee would accept CBI or CIT
133 Drake coach believes they will get a bid
151 Oregon St on fence
165 Washington St would accept
Really no one on the NCAA sanctioned bubble commenting yet and the only team that says they would decline is a likely NIT qualifier. I'll update daily.
3/5 Update
105 Old Dominion expecting post season bid
123 Missouri Valley to decline either tournament
161 Rice in talks with both tournaments
186 UL Lafayette getting a look from CIT

So 2 of the 40 CBI/CIT slots are now spoken for and Fairfield looking like a third.
