The Zips finished 23-9 (12-4) this year. The only ranked opponent that they played, Dayton, crushed them 90-59. It is worth noting that the Zips narrowly lost to Saint Francis (PA), whom the Dukes beat rather handily.
Should the Dukes win, they will play the winner of the Bowling Green/Southern Methodist game. GoDuquesne says that ticket information will be up shortly. I'd take the obvious guess of "tomorrow."
