Game Notes
This is the third consecutive season that DU and SLU are designated rivals and play each other home and way.  Last year, the Billikens swept the Dukes.   The Billikens other designated rivals are Xavier and Dayton.

This is the second consecutive game Coach Rick Majerus is scheduled to miss due to a leg infection sustained from a cut received when a player ran into him at practice.

Kwamain Mitchell (09-10 15.9 pts) and Willie Reed (09-10 12.4 points) were readmitted to SLU after being suspended from SLU in October.  According to a January 8, 2011 St. Louis Post-Dispatch report, Reed will not play this season.  SLU has petitioned the NCAA to restore the eligibility of Mitchell and depending on the timing of the NCAA ruling, he can be eligible to play as early as the Dukes game on Wednesday. SLU will reevaluate Mitchell's status pending the results of the NCAA ruling.

TJ McConnell won his second A-10 Rookie of the Week for the week ended January 9. 2011.  TJ leads the Dukes in assists (65), steals (43), field goal percentage (.555) and 3 point percentage (.500).
